Michael focuses on client engagement, origination strategy, and transaction support. His deep experience in M&A advisory, particularly private equity and founder-led transactions brings a practical perspective to every engagement ensuring every opportunity is thoughtfully positioned, well-timed, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

Prior to Basilisk, Michael developed expertise in investor-led deal sourcing and execution support, shaping his approach to deal origination. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and brings operational experience across the energy, construction, industrial, and food & beverage sectors which allows him to evaluate opportunities through both an operator’s and investor’s lens.
