Josh focuses on origination strategy and client relationship management. With deep experience across M&A advisory and private equity, he specializes in identifying and executing off-market acquisition opportunities for strategic buyers and PE-backed platforms, with notable success in the technology, media, healthcare, and consumer spaces.

Prior to Basilisk, Josh served as the Managing Director of M&A for Directive Consulting. Additionally, he spent 5 years as the Head of Corporate Development / M&A with Hawke Media, developing the agency’s M&A engine, contributing to Hawke’s recognition as the “fastest growing company in LA.”
